This course provides basic theoretical and practical training in the safe operation of boom type elevating work platforms and includes a WorkSafe assessment. The theory of safe operation of other machinery, such as scissor lifts, is also covered.
Please note: to legally operate a boom type elevating platform with a boom length of 11 metres of more, you must complete this Certificate of Competency in order to get a WorkSafe licence/ticket.
