You must complete this Certificate of Competency in order to get a National Plant and Equipment (NPE) licence/ticket, and be able to legally operate most earthmoving equipment without supervision,
This course has been developed to ensure you to get the maximum operating experience by limiting class sizes to eight people and four earthmoving machines.
