Course Objectives
The Diploma of Banking Services Management provides students with the knowledge and skills to work in banking or retail financial services environment. This qualification is designed to reflect the job roles with team and business result-responsibilities in banking or other deposit taking institutions’ customer contact centres or retail financial services environments. The students will develop many skills including managing people performance, managing small business operations, leading and managing sales teams and reviewing businesses performances.

Admission Information
- TAFE: NA
- Year 12: Successful completion of VCE or equivalent. Students will enter in the Certificate IV in Banking Services
- International: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent and completion of the Certificate IV in Banking Services or equivalent
- Mature: Relevant industry experience or completion of relevant qualifications
