- Other: Applicants must hold a current full Victorian Drivers Licence. Applicants with English as a second language will be expected to demonstrate an ability to speak, listen, write and read English to a specified level using the National Reporting System (NRS) level 3. Once (prerequisites) are satisfied, students will be selected in order of date of application.
