Course Structure
To obtain this qualification, students must complete a total number of 10 units: 5 core units plus 5 elective units.
The 5 elective units may be selected from the elective units listed below and/or a Certificate III qualification from any endorsed Training Package, of which 1 unit may be selected from a Certificate II or Certificate IV qualification.
Electives must be relevant to the work outcome, local industry requirements and the qualification level. Units selected from other Training Packages must not duplicate units selected from or available within the BSB07 Business Services Training Package.
