Grow your organisation by accessing Victoria University’s bright minds. Help our students grow with practice-integrated learning placement and project opportunities.

Placements allow students to learn while placed in business, government or community organisations.

Industry or community projects allow individual students or teams of students - in your workplace or in our classrooms - to work on a project based on a real situation, problem or need.

(Around 15-20 hours per week is the time manageable for a fulltime student)

13. Conditions

Remunerated positions offer many benefits for the organisation. When paid, students dedicate more time and effort to organisational tasks; and, paid roles encourage greater responsibility for the student.
Note: Volunteers cannot displace regular employees and must work under the close supervision of existing staff.
