Alumni chapters and networks
Chapters and networks are a great way to build stronger links with your fellow alumni. You can meet alumni from related fields of study, work and/or geographic locations to share ideas, organise events and socialise.
A volunteer committee is formed for each established chapter and network. They organise activities and events which are overseen by the Alumni Advisory Group.
You can be involved in groups based in Melbourne, as well as a number of international chapters or you can join in our online networks on Facebook and LinkedIn.

These networks are grouped into course and study areas, so you can keep in contact with other graduates in the same industry.

Alumni Advisory Group
Members of the Alumni Advisory Group
This group provides advice to VU through Alumni Relations about the needs of the alumni community. Its volunteer members meet four times a year to discuss the Alumni program. Members have a range of backgrounds and experience, and many are successful professionals. Their knowledge and contributions help shape the direction of the VU Alumni Community.
Expressions of interest are sought if you are keen to get involved. You not only have a say in developing the alumni community but benefit from the expertise of the members already involved.
