Margaret is a lecturer in performance composition, art history and theory.
Expertise
Margaret writes about football as performance, particularly about the role that sound plays in the game. She has written about crowd-sound, sports-chatter and sounds of sport media.
She is currently involved in research into football as a form of swarming-motion, and writing about how noise enables play. She collects recorded football-sounds.
