Director, International Development Centre (IDC)

John joined the International Development Centre (IDC) as Director in April 2011.

He has a successful track record of managing international programs and partnerships in his various roles at VU of over 20 years in the Faculty of Business and Law, which included positions as Associate Dean (International) and Head of School, Management and Information Systems.  

John is an effective change agent and relationship builder for the International Development Centre and its critical role within Victoria University as the Centre strives to implement the Offshore Education Futures Strategy 2010-2016 Business Plan, working in partnership with Faculties.  

John’s responsibilities include:

• driving our offshore business development
• managing our international programs
• working with the Vice-President (International) on international relations
• implementing University wide internationalisation strategies
