Areas of Research Focus

Victoria University is currently seeking outstanding applicants for the Vice Chancellor's Research Scholarships, Australian Postgraduate Awards and Victoria University Postgraduate Research Scholarships to support postgraduate students undertaking a research-based Doctorate or Masters by Research in 2009.

While applications demonstrating strong potential for excellence in postgraduate research in any area of inquiry will be considered, in 2009 preference will be given to the following areas of strategic research focus at VU:

Computer Science and Applied Informatics including web mining and data management, health informatics and E-health and service-oriented computing
