At VU we manage our resources carefully so that we can achieve our goal of providing high quality training and education to students from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences.

We aim to improve the access and successful participation of young people in post compulsory education and training through collaborative research and deliberate informed strategic action through partnerships with schools in the western region of Melbourne.

VU welcomes support from alumni, individual members of the community, philanthropic organisations and the business sector. By giving to Victoria University or the Victoria University Foundation you are contributing to the achievement of better educational outcomes for our students and helping to build the excellence of our education product.

The Development Office  is responsible for managing philanthropic gifts and other forms of support for VU. It also manages the Alumni Relations Program.
