    Belinda has worked in Australian vocational, further and higher education for 30 years in various organisations and since 2002 at Victoria University. She spent many years teaching before taking on senior roles focused on organisational strategy and development, she came to Victoria University as a Deputy Director (TAFE) and in 2004 was appointed to the newly created position of PVC (Teaching and Learning).

    Belinda's position has overall University responsibility for all aspects of teaching and learning including the building and improving of quality learning, teaching, career development and work experiences for students, as well as academic, professional and career development for all staff of Victoria University.

    Currently Belinda is the sponsor of a number of strategic initiatives in teaching and learning at Victoria University a major one being the embedding of a comprehensive experiential approach to including 25% Learning in the Workplace and Community in every VU course.

    Belinda is currently undertaking a Doctor of Professional Studies (Work-based Learning) through Middlesex University, London.
