Victoria University International
Victoria University International (VUI) is the link between international students, the university and its faculties. It is important for you to visit an office soon after your arrival. This will give you the opportunity to find the location, meet with staff and ensure that you have completed all official documentation. The international student support staff are also available to assist Victoria University's international students.
On your first visit to VUI, you will need to bring your passport and provide the Branch with your Australian address, contact phone number, your photo and your passport so that copies can be made for your OSHC as well as University records.
VUI is also the place to go to:
- obtain an eCOE to renew your visa;
- pay your OSHC insurance;
- find out about immigration matters;
- find out about fees;
- find out where to go for enrolment, orientation and course information;
- find out about scholarships;
- obtain information about the University's Alumni;
- obtain information about consulates and diplomatic representatives in Australia;
- change your address or contact telephone number;
- advise staff if you decide to change your course; and
- discuss any problems or concerns you may be having. Branch staff will be able to refer you to an International Student Adviser who is able to provide specialised information and counselling assistance on a wide range of issues that can arise for international students.
