Credit applications

If you wish to apply for credit transfer or recognition of prior learning on the basis of previous studies or experience you will need to complete the Recognition of Prior Learning form and submit it to your faculty or school office.

Please make sure that you attach all required documentation to the form.
Completed forms must be submitted by the end of the second week of semester to be considered for the current semester.
