PERMANENT RESIDENCY
To find out if you are eligible for permanent residency, visit the website of Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC). If you are eligible to apply for permanent residency and require a Statement of Completion to support your application to DIAC for permanent residency, you must:
- Submit an Application for Award. You can lodge this application online via
myVU page
- E-mail VUI compliance at vuicompliance@vu.edu.au and request a Statement of Completion letter and include your name, mobile phone number and Student ID.
Once you are assessed as eligible to graduate, you will receive via postal mail:
- An Official Letter of Completion from the Graduation and Offshore Student Administration unit
- A Statement of Completion from Victoria University International (VUI) that you must attach to your application for permanent residency. This statement includes additional information that DIAC requires to assess your application for permanent residency.
