Overview
The Wholesale/Retail Unit within the School of Administration, Legal and Leadership is a small but dynamic unit consisting of experienced Retail Trainers. We offer a wide variety of programs starting with Certificate 2 in Retail Operations for those wishing to gain skills and knowledge to enter the Retail industry along with the opportunity of participating in work experience for those who complete the course on campus.
We also provide traineeship training on-the-job for those people who have gained employment already and who are seeking to develop their skills in a practical way.
For those who are in Senior, Supervisory or Management roles, we offer the Certificate IV/Diploma in Retail Management to extend and enhance participants management capabilities and provide the skills and knowledge needed to combat professional retail challenges in areas such as; Inventory Management & Visual Merchandising, Marketing & Promotion, Human Resource & Innovation.
We work closely with industry and welcome the opportunity to develop and facilitate programs for specific client needs including; fully accredited qualifications, short course programs, workshops and coaching/mentoring sessions.
