Front End Loader / Backhoe
To legally operate most earthmoving equipment without supervision, you must complete this Certificate of Competency in order to get a National Plant and Equipment (NPE) licence/ticket.
Competency VBQU205 Operate Earthmoving Equipment Safely (specialising in Front End Loader / Backhoe).

Provides basic training in the safe operation of Front End Loader / Backhoe combinations used in industry including rubber tyred machines (but not Skidsteer Loader) and includes assessment and issue of NPE card (cost included in course fee).

You must be at least 18.

- Lifting Loads with Slings.
HOW LONG'S THE COURSE?
Full-time: 8am - 4pm, six days.

Industry Skills Training, Gate 4 Hoppers Lane, Werribee.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
$315.40 per person (includes Tuition and Materials Fees).
PLEASE NOTE
You must:
- bring four passport photos to the first training session
- attend all scheduled training sessions at all scheduled times, otherwise entry to the training course may be refused
- wear safety boots during training
- provide own writing materials including blue/black pen and paper.
