VCE at VU

Adult Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE)

Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) is a prestigious secondary school qualification. It is considered to be one of the more rigorous secondary education programs in the world and is recognised as a requisite credential for admission to universities in Australia and worldwide.

VCE is offered at the Footscray Nicholson Campus, Footscary. The curriculum and assessment are the same as that delivered in secondary schools.

If you are at least 18 years of age, you could complete the VCE in one year. However, it is advisable to spread the studies over a number of years. For Year 11 entry you need to be at least 17 years of age on 1 January in the year of enrolment.

Selection interviews occur in December and any remaining places are filled in January.
