MID-YEAR ENROLMENTS

LEAVE OF ABSENCE and DEFERRED STUDENTS RETURNING FOR SEMESTER 2

These will occur on Friday 11th July at the Footscray Park campus at 10.00am in
Rooms D202/204. You will need to bring with you your academic history which
can be downloaded from MyVU.

MY TIMETABLE

All students need to allocate themselves into their Tutorials and Labs by the on-line
system called My Timetable. To get information about My Timetable and how to use
it, go to the following website:  www.vu.edu.au/hes/timetable
and follow the My Timetable links.

My Timetable problems
If you are having difficulty with MyTimetable the faculty will be having 2 days when computer labs will be open at VU, where you can come in and get assistance at a computer.

From semester 2, MY TIMETABLE is being introduced university wide. MY TIMETABLE is
an on-line tutorial/lab allocation system.

MyTimetable reads student enrolment information from the university student database.
It is therefore essential that your semester 2 enrolment is correct. MyTimetable will not
let you put in tutorial/lab preferences for subjects that you are not enrolled in.

To enable you to ensure that your enrolment is correct, we are organising an Enrolment Amendment Day, where you come to the university to have your semester 2 enrolment amended (if required). Your semester 1 results may necessitate an enrolment change
such as a failing of a pre-requisite subject.
