Before submitting, all assignments need to have the relevant Assignment Cover Sheets attached. These are available electronically on this part of the website.
Assignment coversheets are no longer available in printed form from the
School of Nursing and Midwifery.
A note on plagiarism:
On all assignment cover sheets the authors need to sign the student declaration that the work is original and that copies have been taken. Plagiarism is the use of other author's intellectual output without acknowledgement, or representing it as one's own work.
