Facilities - Victoria University - A New School of Thought

The School is equipped with world-class laboratories and equipment for teaching and research as well as for industrial training programs. These include a state-of-the-art aquatic research laboratory, high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, FTIR spectrometer, NMR, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, an Instron texture analyser and an Infratech food and feed analyser as well as excellent facilities for microbiological and genetic engineering work. Specialist facilities also include a fully equipped, pilot-scale food-processing hall.
