The Unit has delivered training programs for Australian organisations such as BHP International and Gilbert Chandler College, and for agricultural and food industry delegations from countries such as China, India and South Korea.

Training programs have covered topics such as consumer taste evaluation, cross-cultural business skills, export documentation, export logistics and product packaging for transport and shipment, export marketing, export marketing research and planning, export trade finance, and food safety and quality.
