The 1st Australia & New Zealand Osteopathic Research Conference (ANZORC) was held in Auckland in December, 2007, with the 2nd ANZORC held in Melbourne on December 6, 2008. The conference organisation is a collaborative effort between Victoria University and Unitec, New Zealand. The purpose of ANZORC is to provide a forum for local researchers and practitioners of osteopathy and related fields to interact, develop collaborative relationships and communicate their recent work. ANZORC helps address a need for communication in an important and growing research field. In Australia and New Zealand there is little opportunity for researchers to present at conferences targeted towards osteopathy and manual therapy. In addition to communicating established research, a key aim is to provide a forum for new and emerging researchers in osteopathy. If you have any questions about the conference, please feel free to contact the organising committee using the details on the Contact Details page. |
