Victoria University's new three-level swimming and sports complex at Footscray Park Campus had it's official opening in 2003. The $7.4 million project includes a 25-metre 10 lane indoor heated swimming pool, a 350-seat lecture theatre, offices and an expanded 350m2 gymnasium. The new facility will benefit physical education, recreation and human movement students, providing the convenience of on-campus classes.
