The Sunbury Hall Administration provides a wide range of services to prospective and current residents.

Administration is available for:
- Payment of accommodation fees
- Collection of mail
- Maintenance and cleaning request submission
- Purchase of a small range of grocery and snack items
- Purchase of stamps, phone cards
- Equipment hire - sporting goods, board games, vacuum cleaners, etc.
- Ticket sales for Village events
- Requests for application forms and brochures
- Bookings for guided tours
- Queries in relation to the status of an application
- Account queries and appointments with the Supervisor
- Check-ins and departures during office hours
- All other general enquiries
The After Hours Assistant can be contacted for new residents needing to check-in outside of business hours.
