SUNBURY HALL TOUR - ADMINISTRATION

The Sunbury Hall Administration provides a wide range of services to prospective and current residents.

The Administration hours during the Academic Year are:

Monday - Friday  8.30am - 4.45pm
After Hours  See below  

Administration is available for:

  • Payment of accommodation fees
  • Collection of mail
  • Maintenance and cleaning request submission
  • Purchase of a small range of grocery and snack items
  • Purchase of stamps, phone cards
  • Equipment hire - sporting goods, board games, vacuum cleaners, etc.
  • Ticket sales for Village events
  • Requests for application forms and brochures
  • Bookings for guided tours
  • Queries in relation to the status of an application
  • Account queries and appointments with the Supervisor
  • Check-ins and departures during office hours
  • All other general enquiries


The After Hours Assistant can be contacted for new residents needing to check-in outside of business hours.
