The Student Village Administration provides a wide range of services to prospective and current residents.
The Administration hours during the Academic Year are:
Monday - Tuesday 8.30am - 4.45pm
Wednesday 8.30am - 7:45pm
Thursday - Friday 8.30am - 4.45pm
Sunday 6pm - 9pm
The Aministration is available for:
- Payment of accommodation fees
- Phone credit payment
- Collection of mail
- Maintenance and cleaning request submission
- Purchase of a small range of grocery and snack items
- Purchase of stamps, phone cards and discounted movie tickets
- Laminating and binding services
- Equipment hire - sporting goods, board games, vacuum cleaners, etc.
- Ticket sales for Village events
- Gym Keys (for members only)
- Requests for application forms and brochures
- Bookings for guided tours
- Queries in relation to the status of an application
- Account queries and appointments with the Finance Officer
- Check-ins and departures during office hours and
- All other general enquiries
The After Hours Assistant can be contacted for new residents needing to check-in outside of business hours.
