- Uni classes are from March-November each year. 12-month lease do not work.
- The VU Student Housing Service DOES NOT list Home-stay or Board rentals.
- Only current VU students can access Housing Data-Base details.
- All Housing Data-Base offers are subject to Tenancy and Anti-Discrimination law.
- Any Housing Data-Base offers considered to breach of this legislation will be refused.
- Students are encouraged to contact the Student Housing Officer with their concerns.
- Any offer receiving 2 or more complaints will be removed.
- VU only legal accommodation affiliation is Student Village Maribyrnong and Sunbury.
- VU staff can advertise their rentals with RMIT and Melbourne University.
