REGISTERING

Victoria University  is committed to supporting the access and participation of students with a disability. If a student believes that their studies may be affected in some way by a disability, they will need to register with Disability Services, in addition to indicating a disability in the appropriate box on their Victoria University enrolment form. Continuing students should re-register each year they are enrolled in a course.

Students are strongly encouraged to register as early as possible to ensure services are in place before semester begins.

All students with a disability are encouraged to register even if they believe they will not require any services.  By registering, the University is able to collect important data on the number of students with a disability or medical condition. This can assist in determining the types of institutional access and support that need to be put into place.

To register with Disability Services, students need to do one of the following:

Once a student has contacted us via one of the above methods, we will arrange an appointment with them to complete the registration process. Students are advised to read the guidance notes for How to Register for Disability Services.
