Professor Andrew Clarke has joined Victoria University as Head of the School of Law.
Andrew has extensive teaching and presentation experience and has taught in the areas of corporate law, corporate governance, negligence law and commercial law.
His research has focussed on corporate governance, comparative corporate governance and corporate law. His interests include legal risk management and business law and management.
He previously held the position of Co-Director of the National Centre for Corporate Law and Policy Research & Lecturer at the University of Canberra.
