Conference Centre Facilities

The Convention Centre was built in 1996 as part of the Victoria
University, Sunshine Campus. This modern facility contains
a host of features that allows flexibility in catering for your function
needs. Some of the features that you will find at our fully carpeted
and air conditioned facility include:

  • A 200 seat tiered auditorium with 'state of the art' audio visual
    equipment including the latest LCD data projection system
    linked into a fully computerised lectern with touch screen control
    for conference presenters. You even have the capacity to video
    your own conference
  • 9 separate break out rooms with the flexibility to seat between 10
    and 80 people, to provide the ideal seating configuration for your
    meeting.  All rooms have external windows for natural light.
  • Administrative support including photocopying, facsimile, word
    processing and in-house message service
  • Ample parking, offering 60 free spaces at the front of the building,
    or parking at the rear of the building for $2 for the entire day
  • We are centrally located between the Melbourne CBD and Tullamarine
    Airport with ease of access from both via the Western Ring Road.
  • Fully catered, our own on-site chef can provide for all of your culinary
    needs. From the smallest meeting to the largest banquet, we can advise
    and assist you with all of your catering requirements.
  • Fully licensed, we have a wide selection of quality wines and beverages
    for you to spoil your clients with, or you could just relax after the pressures
    of an important meeting with a nice glass of wine.
